Professional Coaching (Trainee & New Manager)
The re:think focuses on business support where individuals have the most potential and seek established direction.
Corporate programs for Trainees, New Managers, and transitioning Senior Leadership teams can be scheduled on a regular basis for companies looking for ongoing support or ad hoc as needed
All training sessions are accompanied by one Foundations meeting with Senior Leadership to lay out corporate identity followed by workplace needs and priorities
The recommended path for corporate coaching includes a training workshop for participants followed by individual & team coaching sessions for a fixed time period
Workshops

Enneagrams
The Enneagram is a personality typing system made up of nine personality types. Unlike traditional psycho-analytical assessment models such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, or The Big Five, Enneagrams are dynamic. An individual may identify with one type at his or her core, but in stages of growth or stress, exhibit qualities of complementary Enneagram profiles.
