my coaching philosophy & me

authenticity, resilience, faith

I believe an authentic connection with a coach is the most important factor in building sustainable, impactful, and inspiring change.

The right coach will help facilitate the personal development you need for your defined goals.

My professional experiences, personal background, and motivations in life all shape my multi-faceted approach to coaching.

Navigating my own transitions successfully has allowed me the ability to hold a deep amount of space and awareness for the moments of transition you might be navigating, and the confidence to know…

1. Who am I?

2. What do I want?

3. What resources do I have? to answer…

…is a work in progress, as if it were created in clay and not set in stone. The past doesn't determine your future. Instead, by carefully examining the sculpture that's you today, you can choose to remold yourself and increasingly become more of who you truly want to be.”
